If you’re looking for cage-free boarding, The Pets Masters is a good contender, and our team found this a good option because my pet is used to being around other pets.
However, it might be best to check with them for other arrangements if your dog isn’t used to socialization or has a history of aggression. We confirmed with them, and they do have limited cage options for special cases.
Aside from boarding, they also offer obedience training, a taxi service, and grooming. During their stay, you can avail yourself of other services such as grooming or a luxurious coconut oil massage, which sounded so good, we wanted one ourselves!.
The staff are also very accommodating and friendly. They give daily updates on your pets!
One downside we noted, however, is that the fees can be quite expensive. We wish they had more promos for regular customers and those who opt for other services on top of boarding.
We also wish that their website were more updated, so it would be easier to look through their services there.

What impressed us the most was how incredibly warm and genuine the staff are. From what we’ve observed, they’re genuine animal lovers, and they’re especially great for pets in need of special care.
They’re also very responsive and happily give updates on your pets without the need to follow up. They’re a good business to go to when you’re a first-time pet owner because aside from services, they also offer expert pet care advice.
Aside from boarding, they also offer grooming services, dental scaling, and an assortment of pet products that we love!
While we think their services and products are reasonably priced, we do wish they were more transparent with pricing on their social media. Having a website would help them showcase their services, so we hope they can have one soon.

A night’s stay ranges from RM30 to RM60, and we appreciate that they have options for different budgets and preferences. Plus, their rates are inclusive of food, snacks, and litter.
Other aspects that are a plus in our books are their clear policies on pet boarding, as well as the well-maintained premises. Our team loves their wood and white aesthetic—it’s so neat and modern!
Moreover, the staff is also very friendly and approachable, so it was very easy to talk to them about any special arrangements. They even send updates twice a day without being prompted!
We just wish that they would expand their services for other needs, such as pet transportation, more intricate grooming services, etc. We also hope they have longer office hours, so there would be more flexibility during pickup.

First off, the owners and staff are all dog lovers, and we were able to see that this is more than just a job for them. They’re passionate, responsive, and easy to talk to, which we love. We noticed that they regularly update owners on how their pet is doing.
Next, the place is cozy and warm. We also love the effort that they put into decorating the place, it’s so cute! They also have a wide range of services. Aside from pet grooming, and day care/boarding services, they also offer spa and dental treatments for dogs.
While they’re responsive and are active on social media, we wish they had a centralized site that would make it easy to see all their services.
Finally, a heads up: they’re closed on Sundays, so plan your pickup and drop-off accordingly.

We loved seeing their indoor pet park where dogs can run freely and have a good time. It’s also great to see the staff who are sensitive to different needs. The bonus? They even offer behavior training.
For their boarding services, we like that they have air-conditioned kennels with 24/7 on-site staff. They take out the dogs twice a day for walks, and they also have a CCTV and alarm system that will alert the police in case of any emergency.
Plus, for an extra fee, they can also accommodate cases that need special care and medication. They’re very hands-on, from what we’ve seen!
Just make sure to take note of their business hours because they close early on Sundays and are closed on Wednesdays. So, pick-up and drop-off will have to be within this time.
