Poppy Kat is one of the best cafes to check out if you’re working remotely because it constantly gives you a source of happiness, courtesy of their cuddly cats! The overall bright and homey ambience will also force you to get into the zone to help you finish your work early.

Furthermore, their selection of coffee and non-coffee drinks will keep you coming back to this cute cafe. If you’re looking to get that burst of energy, we highly recommend ordering one of their espresso drinks like their flat white, latte and mocha.

If you’re feeling a bit adventurous, however, you can treat yourself to one of their unique coffee drinks! One of our favourites under this category is the “Butterpop Latte”, which consists of butterscotch, espresso, milk and REAL popcorn bits.

Pro tip:

Make sure to pair your drinks with one of their croffles! They’re what this cafe is also known for and they come in different flavours such as chocolate banana, biscoff, pandan jackfruit and Earl Grey honey.

We immediately fell in love with Seri Talam Cat Cafe when we learned they were caring for stray cats. If you’ve been around KL for quite some time, you’ll discover that homeless cats are roaming around the streets longing for families, which just breaks our hearts.

Fortunately, there are places like Seri Telam Cat Cafe that provide these felines with a roof over their heads as well as food in their tummies. What’s more impressive is that they’re able to run a cafe/restaurant business on the side that’s equally worth highlighting.

They offer a wide array of traditional Malay sweets that are all homemade! If you don’t know what to get, we recommend ordering their kuih talam, which is this cute rectangular steamed pandan coconut cake that’s perfectly soft and sweet.

Pro tip:

Don’t forget to make reservations before visiting this cafe because they try to limit the crowds entering their cat gallery. You can easily reserve your slots by reaching out to their official WhatsApp.

Clawset Pet Cafe features all kinds of fur babies, whether it be dogs or cats, so you won’t fall short of things to gush over while you’re drinking your cup of joe. You can even bring your pet here and introduce them to their brand-new pals, which is pretty cute to witness.

One thing we noticed about this place is that each of the puppies and cats here features soft and fragrant fur, which gives us the idea that they’re well taken care of—kudos! The owners are friendly too, not only to the animals but to the customers, so an instant A+ for that.

We also love how varied their menu is, as it satisfies both sweet and savoury cravings. For instance, you can order their chicken chop fries and salad if you’re looking for something heavy and savoury, while you can opt for their peanut nutella waffle if you have a sweet tooth.

Pro tip:

If you’re planning on commuting here, the easiest method is riding the bus and dropping off directly at the Atria Shopping Mall Bus Stop. From there, you only have to walk to Clawset Pet Cafe.

Puchi Marry Cat Cafe is a one-stop-shop for pet supplies, good coffee and of course, cute felines! It’s one of our favourite spots in Kuala Lumpur whenever we want to release our love surge for cute cats and kittens, as they let us interact with them freely.

One of our favourite things to do here is to feed them their favourite treats, as it makes them look at us like we’re some sort of emperors. You can buy cat treats for only RM9 but use them wisely so that they don’t get bored of you easily.

The cafe itself is spacious, which is perfect for winding down on a slow afternoon while sipping on one of their delicious coffee drinks. More importantly, this spacious area is perfect for the cats, as it gives them enough room to run around and play all day.

Pro tip:

If you haven’t got a lot of time on your hands and you just want to visit to pet the cats, we recommend going for the 30-minute pass for RM30. Meanwhile, if you’re planning on staying for a couple of hours to work from the cafe, you can opt for the all-day pass (RM70).

If you’re looking to de-stress while enjoying your favourite drink, then Purradise Cat Cafe should be on your radar! This cat cafe has all the adorable kittens you need to forget about your problems for an hour, which is more than enough.

Something we love about this place is that the entry fee of RM59 already comes with a drink of your choice, which is a total steal! You can either get one of their chocolate or coffee drinks, smoothies or even tea.

Regardless of which one you get, however, you can expect premium quality with your drink. For instance, if you opt for their smoothie, you can expect them to be made out of fresh fruits to give you the most refreshing drink!

Cuffymeow Cat Cafe will leave you feeling fuzzy inside with its cute, cuddly and playful resident cats. Be sure to contain your desire to squish these cats while you’re here because they’re oozing with cuteness, especially the munchkins, which feature chubby cheeks.

As if they couldn’t get any cuter, some of them are even dressed up in costumes! One particular cat we saw during our visit was wearing a neck pillow that looked like a loaf of bread and it took me a lot of willpower not to squish him with my bear hug.

Of course, it wouldn’t be a complete cafe experience without a selection of drinks, and they feature a lot of them! Plus, they also provide fun card and board games.

Pro tip:

We recommend purchasing a day pass, as it already comes with a drink as well as four pieces of cat treats!
