You’d think it’s a startup at first because of the attention it gives small organisations, but KT Ng has actually been around for at least 28 years now.
Newbies can definitely have a breather since the experience screams capable hands—totally NOT half past six work. Seeing it having committed clients who laud the team’s knowledge and keen attention to deadlines also adds huge points to credibility.
Our only gripe is its limited online presence. Only a Facebook page is in sight, even though it can easily be considered a big gun in the industry.
Perhaps not all superb services need that much online advertisement—instead just letting the good work speak for itself.

Of all the accountants on this list, we suppose you’d agree that JQ Chai Accounting has the most accessible office location. Tucked among stalls in Kuching’s Aeroville Mall, it made a good impression in our eyes right off the bat.
JQ Chai’s namesake is its founder and only Managing Partner, JQ (Jackie) Chai. She’s noticeably young, but her extensive experience in one of the OG global auditing firms, KPMG, gives JQ Chai (the firm) the edge we want.
One service we like is assisting companies with e-invoicing. We’re glad that JQ Chai is an official partner of software programs Xero and Bukku—it’s clearly tech-savvy, knowing the cutting-edge programs that most companies use for this taxation initiative.
