This new attraction is equal parts exciting and scenic, as it lets you race downhill while admiring the beautiful Gamuda Gardens. Best of all, it’s located in Kuala Lumpur, so it’s highly accessible!

Where is Skyline Luge?

Skyline Luge is located in the Gamuda Gardens in Rawang. It can be accessed via the North-South Expressway, and its main road is Jalan Gamuda Luge Gardens.
How to Get to Skyline Luge
By train: You can ride the Putrajaya Lane MRT and get off at Sungai Baloh Station. From there, you can either book a Grab, take a taxi, or ride the T154 feeder bus that heads directly to Gamuda Gardens.
By private car/Grab: Booking a Grab ride is a convenient way to avoid commuting. Alternatively, you can rent a car and pin Gamuda Luge Gardens on your navigation app; just take note of the RM3 and RM5 parking fees on weekdays and weekends, respectively.

Your experience in Skyline Luge begins with the Skyride, a panoramic cable chairlift that will gently bring you and three others to the top of the playground. It’s the perfect way to get yourself in the mood for some action, as the staggering heights will lift your adrenaline levels!
During this ride, you’ll get to enjoy unobstructed views of the breathtaking Gamuda Luge Gardens as well as the FunPark, which is adjacent to Skyline Luge KL. Furthermore, one of the standouts during this ride is the massive Ferris Wheel, dubbed the “Eye of Gardens”.

The main attraction of this kid and adult playground is the titular luges, which, in this case, you can ride through various tracks. Each track offers a unique high, but you can expect an exhilarating experience from all of them!
For instance, “Legend” is perfect for beginners, as it doesn’t feature sharp turns but instead offers scenic views throughout a smooth 660-metre track. Meanwhile, “Gravity” is the complete opposite, featuring sharp spirals, turns, and crazy speeds!
Speaking of crazy speeds, this is best showcased in the “Express” track, which will let you pass through the longest LED tunnel. This track also connects to the “Ultra” track, where you’ll maneuver through various spirals while admiring beautiful palm trees.

If the downhill rides at Skyline Luge weren’t enough to satisfy your adrenaline rush, then you should head to FunPark, located right next door! It’s a mini outdoor theme park that consists of multiple family-friendly rides.
One of the main highlights here is the colourful carnival carousel, which lights up beautifully at night, creating a memorable, magical experience for the whole family. If you’re looking for something more adrenaline-inducing, however, the Vroomerang should be on your radar!
The Vroomerang takes the traditional pirate ship-type ride in theme parks and dials it to 11 by making the base into a spinning circle. Lastly, you MUST stop by the Eye of Gardens, which is this park’s Ferris Wheel that measures 50 feet high, giving guests unobstructed views.

If you visit KL for Skyline Luge during the summertime, we recommend extending your stay and experiencing Big Bucket Splash for an entire day! This waterpark will offer both excitement and relaxation with its massive pools and crazy slides.
One of the main attractions here is the titular big bucket, which regularly rains down massive amounts of water on visitors in the shallow pool. This is also the same pool that serves as the landing spot for the towering and twisting slides in the resort.
These slides and pool are kid-friendly, so you can take the entire family here! Even if your little ones are scared to go on the slides, they can still have fun splashing in the pool and playing around the water spouts.

If you and your group can’t decide on which cuisine to eat, then P&C Kitchen should be on your radar. It’s a hidden gem that’s only a 15-minute drive away from Skyline Luge and serves a wide variety of local and international comfort food.
One of their bestsellers is the beef tenderloin pizza, which is a must-try for anyone who loves tender meat and gooey cheese—plus, it’s great for sharing! If you’re avoiding meat, you can also get their seafood pizza, which features squid and mussels.
This place also features tons of dishes that kids will enjoy, like the fried chicken and spaghetti or nasi goreng ayam, if they have a taste for local Malay dishes. Furthermore, you can end your meal on a sweet note by getting their decadent chocolate cake!

Nine Oasis Cafe & Restaurant is the perfect option if you don’t want to go far from Skyline Luge for your lunch/dinner, as it’s only a 5-minute drive away. Furthermore, it offers a wide variety of local food that is hard to resist!
For starters, they offer a textbook nasi lemak that’s as local as it can get, complete with all the fixings of fried chicken, peanuts, cucumbers, eggs, etc. You can also get authentic Hainan chicken rice paired with their iced coffee!
We also recommend this spot because of its serene ambience. Thanks to its close proximity to Gamuda Gardens and its al-fresco dining area, you can enjoy beautiful panoramic views while eating!

One of our favourites here is the teriyaki beef ginger rice, which is perfectly tangy and savoury thanks to the addition of fried garlic and spicy lime sauce. Meanwhile, seafood lovers can rejoice in delicacies like salmon, unagi, and tiger prawns!
We also appreciate how they offer lunch sets for those who are travelling on a budget. They offer chicken katsu, spicy prawn spaghetti, Japanese curry rice, and more in these sets, and the best part is they come with drinks!

Aboh Patin Tempoyak is an excellent choice if you want to indulge in local comfort food without breaking the bank. For starters, they offer a wide array of nasi lemak, from udang gala to asam pedas, and more.
However, our favourite thing about their nasi lemak is their homemade sambal, which gives them that much-needed kick. This special sauce, paired with their ayam kampung goreng and fragrant rice, is a match made in heaven!
We also love the restaurant’s no-frills setting, which offers a much more authentic dining experience, complete with plastic chairs and ceiling fans. Of course, you can also count on the ever-so-friendly locals to treat you to the best customer service!

We also love the hotel’s dining options, more specifically, the Indulge Coffee House, where their buffet is found. For those times when we just want to chill, however, we love spending time at their infinity poolside grill.
