As a homeowner, one of my proudest achievements is when crews from cleaning services in Kuala Lumpur compliment me on my kitchen floors. I can’t take all the credit though, as the tile flooring company did an amazing job of installing them!
It wasn’t easy finding a company that adhered to our wants and needs though, as there are tons of tile flooring companies in KL to choose from.
To help you avoid the trouble I went through, I’ve listed down some of the top companies I discovered during the start of my homeowner phase. I’ve also highlighted their pros and cons, so be sure to read until the end!
How much do tile flooring services cost in KL?
Tile flooring installation services in KL usually cost RM2.50 to RM7.50 per square foot. If you include the tiles themselves, the service would cost around RM11.20 to RM14.80.

Floor Depot Kuala Lumpur is one of our go-to spots for home renovation because of its wide array of flooring options. They have everything from SPC, vinyl and laminate flooring to tiles like carpets and ceramics.
We got our bathroom tiles from their catalogue and we haven’t changed them since. This durability is also highlighted during our interview with their previous clients, which is a testament to the quality of their products.
Their workers are also commendable, as they left our bathroom spotless after the service. Other clients also praised them for their punctuality and professionalism.
Our main reason why we shop here, however, is its convenient online store. It’s the easiest way to browse their stocks, allowing potential customers to save time and money.
One thing we don’t like about this place is they seem to take their time before restocking some of their products. There was an instance when we waited from days to weeks before deciding to settle for a different product instead.

Deluxe Home Centre is one of the oldest places to get tile floorings in Kuala Lumpur and we were impressed to see them still kicking it in this day and age. Their variety of options truly shines.
For instance, their tile section alone features various brands such as Balena, Garuda, White Horse, Venus and more. Furthermore, each of these names offers a plethora of designs and shapes that you can choose from.
We also appreciate that they offer an online store so we can browse their products without driving to their outlets. Speaking of which, we also like that there are two different outlets in Kuala Lumpur, as it allows more people to check out their wares.
The only thing we think they could improve upon is their customer service since a common concern many clients had was the tardiness of their workers during installations.

Jubin BMS KL immediately piqued our interest because of their elegant showroom. They displayed some of their most elegant finishes from simple ceramic tiles to stone walls, mosaics and more.
What caught our attention the most, however, was their colourful and intricately designed porcelain carpet tiles. These were made using water jets and the attention to detail poured into each design is such a spectacle.
We were more impressed when we saw their previous projects on their website where we saw how they can cater to different parts of the house. Whether it be car porches, kitchens, bathrooms and more, they offer a plethora of designs to choose from.
The only downside here is the pricier price range. However, we do feel like there’s a certain demographic that can see great value for money because of the unique designs and elegant finishes of the store’s tiles.
Fortunately, they also hold various promotions throughout the year to slash their prices down to more reasonable rates.

Super Ceramic Tiles immediately blew our minds with their wide selection of tiles for both kitchens and bathrooms. They do a great job at showcasing their products as well, as their outlet features a beautiful showroom.
Furthermore, we were impressed with their portfolio, as we saw that they can cater to both commercial and residential properties. One place that we were surprised to see here was Old Town White Coffee, which is a famous cafe in the city.
Their staff members also stood out to us because of their helpfulness and knowledge on the subject. We were impressed to see how they made intelligent recommendations based on our conversation in the store.
The only glaring downside is that they don’t offer delivery services even if you insist on paying an additional fee. They only offer self-pick-ups at their warehouse, which may potentially cost you more time and money.

“Came to Super Ceramic to choose tiles for kitchen backsplash, car porch floor tiles, balcony wall and floor tiles.

Jubin Deko is a hidden tile store that was recommended to us by a friend who recently had their bathroom floors done by this company’s crew. At first glance, this store may look unassuming, with its simple exterior but upon entering, we were impressed with the variety of tiles on shelves.
Their selection features various shapes and colours that can correspond to different motifs. We were also amazed at some of their more intricately patterned tiles that were made using leftover panels from different designs.
Another highlight from this store is their above average customer service. For starters, each of their staff members were friendly and the one who assisted us displayed their knowledge by recommending the best tiles for our needs.
Our main gripe is that Jubin Deko doesn’t have an official website where we could have conveniently browsed their stocks. Furthermore, we think that their operating hours are a bit limited, as they’re only open five days a week at the time of writing.

Super impressed with their professionalism and attentiveness
“I had the most positive interaction with Jubin Deko staff Mr Justin. When I texted enquiring on a particular tile close to 6:00 PM he answered me promptly and assisted me. I informed him that if I were to confirm and pay for the tiles it would be at night.
They were closed on Wednesday but when I finally transferred the payment he arranged for delivery early Wednesday morning (on his off day). The tiles arrived safely today before noon. I’m super impressed with Mr Justin’s professionalism and attentiveness.
