The first thing we noticed was how easy it was to book their cleaners, thanks to their convenient mobile app. Through it, we were able to choose the specific package we wanted for our space, a date that worked for us and a payment method that we were confident in using.
Moving over to their services, we appreciate that they offer different packages to cater to different needs. They offer your traditional cleaning package as well as customised ones like move-in/out packages.
What’s more impressive is how in-depth their services are. For instance, their basic cleaning package is jam-packed with inclusions like surface wiping, bedsheet changing, rubbish throwing, dish cleaning, bathroom cleaning, etc.
Our only gripe with this company is that their cleaning materials come at an additional cost. They do offer clients the choice to provide their own tools for their crew to use but we still think that they should come with the package itself.

Oassist was recommended to us by a friend who recently had their 10-year-old carpet cleaned, and they were gleaming with joy with the results! When we booked Oassist, we noted how efficient and well-equipped they were.
For instance, they offer an in-depth sofa cleaning package that incorporates reconditioning, dry vacuuming and even deodorizing. They offer the same treatments for mattresses, carpets and curtains.
They also offer a disinfecting service that we can also see being appreciated by business owners who regularly have employees come into their offices. The service uses a method called Nano Germicide Electrostatic Misting, which aims to cover every crevice of a space.
The only thing we would’ve loved to see from Oassist are complete cleaning packages. At the time of writing, their services are limited to individual cleaning like carpet, sofa, mattress cleaning, etc.

Recently, I decided to have my rug cleaned and came across this company that offers a 6-step carpet cleaning process and provides pick-up and delivery services. I was pleasantly surprised by the price – only 160MYR for a 43-square-foot carpet.
They also have other cheaper options to choose from.
After the cleaning, the carpet was delivered to me super clean and wrapped in firm plastic. Since I was leaving for a business trip the next day and would be away for a week, I decided not to unpack it and left it in the corner of my living room.
Upon my return, I forgot to unroll it immediately, and just yesterday, I discovered that fungus and mould were growing inside the plastic wrapping around my clean rug.
I was extremely surprised and immediately contacted the cleaning company to inform them about the mould and mushrooms growing on my clean carpet.

Cleaning Services Pro immediately piqued our attention because of their wide variety of treatments and solutions. For starters, they offer the usual general cleaning package, which involves services like dusting, mopping, vacuuming, window cleaning, etc.
They also offer post-renovation cleaning, which one of our staff tried after having new cabinets and islands installed in her kitchen. She called them to dust off and vacuum the floors and clean the kitchen surfaces and appliances, and they delivered!
One of the biggest factors she raved about was the efficiency of the cleaners, who have combined several years of experience under their belts. They were also notably friendly, which is always a huge A+ in our books.
However, we did hear some reports from their previous clients that their customer service can be unresponsive at times. Overall, we still think that Cleaning Services Pro lives up to its name, as its staff are highly experienced and professional.

We were thoroughly impressed with Ultra Cleaning because of their wide variety of cleaning services. Apart from the usual deep-cleaning packages, they also offer to lend their skills in washing curtains, mattresses, sofas, etc.
However, one service that caught our attention the most is their pest solution. We’ve availed of this service for our office bathroom because of a termite infestation in one of our cabinets and since then, we haven’t encountered the same problem.
We also noticed how quick they were at cleaning! Granted that we only had one room cleaned, we were still impressed with their efficiency.
This effectiveness may be because of their talented team (they have over 500 cleaners, by the way!). Our confidence in these people was cemented when we discovered the rigorous background checks they underwent.
The only downside we’ve noticed about this cleaning company is the reports of inconsistent results. Personally, we haven’t had any complaints about their output at the time of writing, but some of their clients we surveyed were dismayed about uncleaned spots.
