1. Serene Pilates

Address: 2-3, Second Floor, KL Trillion, No 338, Jalan Tun Razak
Contact: +60 11 3940 8142 | [email protected]
Hours: Monday to Friday 9:30AM–1:30PM, 2:30PM–9:00PM | Saturday to Sunday 8:00AM–3:30PM
Serene Pilates provides a private, women-only environment focused on small class sizes and low student-to-teacher ratios. The studio functions as a sanctuary, featuring specialized relaxation areas and on-site spiritual facilities.
By prioritizing an intimate setting, the founders ensure that instructors can provide personalized attention to every participant. Beginners also benefit from a structured approach to building fundamental skills.
We love that members can choose customizable commitment plans rather than signing rigid contracts, which is a helpful feature for those with changing schedules.
One practical hurdle is the studio’s strict punctuality rule; late arrivals are denied entry, which can be difficult to manage with an unpredictable city commute.
However, for those seeking a quiet, focused space and elite instruction, the studio remains a strong choice for a consistent fitness routine.
I’ve been loving my sessions at Serene Pilates! The studio has such a calm and welcoming atmosphere — true to its name. The instructors are really professional and attentive, always guiding with care and making sure every movement is done correctly. I always leave feeling refreshed, stronger, and more balanced. Definitely one of the best pilates experiences I’ve had! 💫

2. Urban Spring Pilates LINC

Website: urban-spring.com
Address: Lot 1-11A & 1-11A-AF, First Floor, The Linc, No 360 Jln Tun Razak, Taman U Thant
Contact: 012-287 3351 | +6017-4821351 | [email protected]
Hours: Monday to Friday 7:00AM–9:00PM | Saturday to Sunday 7:00AM–5:00PM
Urban Spring Pilates specializes in private sessions for injury recovery. The instructors here often hold dual credentials in physical therapy, providing a level of dedicated care that is particularly beneficial for those in rehabilitation.
They also offer a hybrid dance workout that layers high-intensity pacing over traditional core principles, with group classes capped to ensure personalized attention. Classes are conducted in heated rooms designed to accommodate all experience levels.
The combination of clinical expertise and specialized facilities here makes it a strong option for those focused on recovery or high-intensity conditioning. Plus, we love that they have a proprietary mobile application that allows clients to track package balances.
However, the studio’s administrative rules are strict. Securing a private session requires a rigid pre-booking process with no allowance for walk-ins, and the cancellation policy heavily penalizes missed appointments.
Tried a new pilates studio near my house. First time here and honestly instructor + staff all very nice. New equipment too. Studio is not big but they planned the layout quite well, so doesn’t feel cramped. Parking was easy and not crowded. Also The Linc not that boring anymore, got more new places to eat after class 😌.

Came to try out the new studio and it was lovely! Everything is clean and spacious, the staff are friendly, and the class was great. The Hot Pilates Sculpture session was fabulous, really pushed us hard but the instructor Rina made it look so easy!

3. Pilates Collective

Website: pilatescollectivegroup.com
Address: 2-6, 8, Jalan Kiara 5, Mont Kiara, 50480
Contact: +60175525871 | [email protected]
Hours: Monday to Friday 9:00AM–9:00PM | Saturday to Sunday 8:00AM–6:00PM
Pilates Collective focuses on affordability and an anti-intimidation philosophy tailored for novices. With a large network across Southeast Asia, the franchise offers broad accessibility and programming specifically for those new to the practice.
But for those already taking yoga classes in Kuala Lumpur, adding reformer sessions from this studio can help build the core strength and flexibility needed for advanced poses.
Working professionals are at a special advantage here. They can use the studio’s mobile application to book sessions during early morning or late evening hours. The onboarding process is efficient and removes much of the typical paperwork.
However, the studio has clear boundaries. Highly experienced practitioners may find the capped class levels restrictive, as the curriculum rarely advances into elite territory.
Additionally, the studio requires clients to pre-purchase packages before securing any reservations. For beginners seeking a low-pressure entry point, however, the accessibility and straightforward scheduling make it a practical starting line.
Never really did Pilates (usually weights & yoga) before but it’s now been my 7th reformer class with ThirdSpace and I’m really enjoying it, & look forward to every session 🙂 The atmosphere here is great, as the studio is clean, has such a calming vibe to it once you step into the room, the equipments are in good condition and the location is fantastic (maybe because I live at one of the condos nearby and I’m able to just walk over haha But even if you don’t, parking at the Verve building is also very cheap and convenient comparing to other buildings)

I really love coming to the Pilates classes offered here at Third Space Pilates. By far the best price offered in town too! I’ve had most of my classes with Jwen and one of the reasons I keep coming back is of how clear her instructions are and her attentiveness to each one of us too. The classes always start on time and you’ll leave all your worries behind, leaving with a lighter heart (and some soreness 😉)! I really recommend this studio for those who are looking to spend their time doing Pilates!

The Flow Studio provides a premium environment designed with a luxurious aesthetic that emphasizes mental comfort.
The programming here bridges the gap between traditional movements and heavy conditioning by integrating strength training with a multi-apparatus circuit featuring the Ladder Barrel and Cadillac.
These sessions, including their corporate-focused classes, are specifically designed to address workplace posture issues and back pain.
Newcomers can start with structured foundational classes, while those seeking higher intensity can use jumpboards for low-impact cardio.
With universal access across multiple locations, the studio offers an adaptable alternative to a traditional personal trainer.
One notable hurdle, however, is the strict requirement to complete eight prerequisite classes before accessing advanced circuit sessions. While this mandate ensures safety and technical proficiency, it may feel slow for experienced practitioners.
However, for those valuing a refined atmosphere and specialized equipment, the studio offers a high standard of guided fitness.
The studio is spacious. They host reformer and mat Pilates, yoga classes and private classes. Changing rooms, toilets and showers are provided, along with some private parking. They also sell merchandise, About a 20-minute walk from LRT Bangsar.
Love that the instructors here that provide accommodations for injuries and practice levels. I’m a big fan of their Flow Foundations classes that refine common poses.

La Pilates KL incorporates specialized sound healing therapy alongside its fitness programs to support emotional well-being.
The studio’s signature fusion workout layers High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) over controlled movements, set within a gently heated room to improve flexibility.
For those seeking a tailored approach, private sessions here utilize a full array of equipment to meet specific physical goals. The instructors manage class intensity carefully, aiming to challenge the body without causing burnout.
Members also benefit from several perks, such as a one-week unlimited pass during their birthday month and guest passes for friends.
One logistical point to note is the strict lateness policy: arriving more than 10 minutes late results in denied entry and a deduction of session credit.
I had my first Reformer Pilates class here and it was amazing! The workout was challenging in the best way – I was sweating, shaking, and could really feel my muscles working (especially the glutes!). The studio is clean, well-equipped, and has a calming vibe. Big shoutout to the trainer Raini – she’s super nice, clear with her instructions, and made me feel comfortable even as a beginner. Definitely looking forward to coming back and trying more classes!
