Pn Chua caught our attention with her impressive track record. She has over one hundred reviews online and the majority of them are overwhelmingly positive.
Of course, we still reached out to some of them to know more and one of our biggest takeaways is that Pn Chua is friendly and efficient. For starters, several of her past clients were impressed with her quick turnaround time.
Furthermore, her clients noted how they felt welcomed during her service.
What impressed us the most, however, was her great communication skills. We love how she’s able to communicate legal terms to her clients by turning them into digestible pieces of information.
The last thing we wanted to highlight was her office, as it was accessible and featured more than ample parking spaces.
The only thing we didn’t like about this commissioner is its lack of an official website. At the time of writing, they only offer a Facebook page that isn’t active but thankfully, their WhatsApp channel is highly responsive.

N. Ravindran was one of our top prospects because of his track record. We haven’t personally tried his services but based on what his previous clients stated during our interviews, we got an idea of his professionalism and friendliness.
For instance, one customer noted how he immediately felt welcomed as soon as they entered his office. One client even highlighted how they had a good conversation during the service and noted how easygoing Mr. Ravindran was.
We also appreciate his communication skills and how he always welcomes as many questions as his clients may have. He will then provide in-depth answers that will help their clients digest complicated legal terms much more easily.
We do wish that they’d create a website or at least an official Facebook page soon. This would make it easier for potential clients to view their services and learn more about their team without having to call their lines.

When it comes to quick turnarounds, Mr. Rosli is among the country’s top commissioners for oaths. His services are highlighted by his previous clients as being highly efficient and skilled in his field of work.
They also highlighted his communication skills, which is something we look for in our commissioner for oaths as much as possible. His ability to communicate complex legal terminologies to his clients and make them understandable is quite an impressive feat.
We also appreciate his responsiveness on his WhatsApp channel. He’s also flexible when it comes to scheduling, as clients can easily walk in as opposed to setting up an appointment.
Its main downside, however, is its lack of an official website. This can throw off some potential clients, especially those who measure a company’s legitimacy through its official website, which includes us.
Furthermore, we think that his operating hours are a bit limited. His office hours are only during the weekdays and he’s only open from 9 to 4:00 PM.

Personally, his location is a bit out of way from our place of residency but locals of Ipoh have stated how accessible his office is. Furthermore, they’ve highlighted how easy it is to drive to the area thanks to the ample spaces available on the office’s premises.
However, we did hear some negative feedback regarding this commissioner’s customer service, particularly with his responsiveness via WhatsApp. It doesn’t help that he doesn’t have an official website that you can alternatively contact as well.
