It is clean and well run
This is a lovely little laundry facility. It is clean and well run. There are options for service or self-service and the signs on the wall are very clearly written to show you the options and prices. The people working there are so friendly and helpful – they speak good English as well. There are options for paying with a QR code or by cash (it doesn’t matter if you don’t have the coins, you can give notes to the employee). Nothing was too much trouble for them – they genuinely wanted to help with everything.

Highly recommend
Very good and convenient service. Very inexpensive as comparing to having laundry done at the hotel. Fast turnaround as well. I notified Hello Laundry for pick up at 8 am, and I received everything back by 5:30 pm on the same day. For sure will use Hello Laundry again next time when I visit KL. Highly recommend

We did the pick up and drop off service. Texted on whatsapp for pick up at Novotel in the morning and laundruy was delivered back within 4 hours. Was asked to leave RM80 in the laundry bag for upfront payment. They will give the change at delivery, so please ensure to have cash with you before calling for service.
