Since it’s 183cm long, it’s long enough for the average-sized Malaysian. It’s made of a thick 1cm tear-resistant foam that’s of high quality and is one of the thickest on this list.
It’s made of NBR material which is ideal for those with sensitive or injured joints because it provides extra cushioning. However, there is a downside to this since thicker or more cushioned yoga mats provide less balance during standing poses.
The covering of the foam is a non-toxic and soft one. It’s also environmentally friendly so tossing it out after a few years won’t make that huge of a bump on your carbon footprint.
