Furthermore, we loved how they rarely offered the same design, and this is true for their glass doors as well. They either use toughened, tinted, or coloured glass, all of which they’ve showcased in great detail in their previous works.
We also love how the company’s hands-on approach is with their clients, from the design planning stage to the project management itself. They even offer budget management to help clients work with what they can afford.
Their clients also praised their designers during our interviews, noting their creativity in the 2D detailed drawings provided prior to the project’s start.
Lastly, we appreciate how the company offers after-sales warranties and guarantees, as well as maintenance and repair services.

Ethnic is a fantastic option if you’re looking to completely overhaul your space, whether it be commercial or residential. They’re one of the most tenured interior designers in Penang, having over 20 years of experience in the field, with an impressive portfolio to back them up.
Their projects looked spectacular, and we noticed how different each one looked. Furthermore, we appreciate that they can accommodate various clients, as they can do different residential types, from condominiums to duplexes, bungalows, etc.
We reached out to their previous clients who had glass doors designed and installed in their spaces, and they told us how pleased they were with the quality. A handful of them were even gracious enough to send us photos, and we fell in love with all of the designs!
However, we noticed that Ethnics custom carpentry only caters to kitchen cabinets. Plus, they don’t seem to offer glass door design and installations alone, so you’d have to get the full package of their services.

Happy Door Decor Ent. is one of the more affordable options in Pulau Pinang. They were recommended to us by a friend who recently had a frosted glass door installed on their house leading to the backyard, and we were impressed with the price-to-value ratio.
We also reached out to previous customers regarding the quality of their glass doors, and we received overwhelmingly positive reviews. They highlighted how sturdy they were years after the installation, and how timeless the designs were.
Speaking of, we were also impressed with the variety of designs they offered. Some featured laminated wood while others were made entirely out of aluminium.

At the same time, however, we love how they don’t skimp out on the design, as all of their models feature intricate carvings on their panels.
We were further impressed when we saw how they incorporated glass into their doors, with some featuring small panels and others having detailed wood carvings covering them.
Their previous clients had nothing but praise to share regarding their installation services as well. They mostly highlighted the proficiency of the workers, having finished the delivery and installation within an hour or even less.
The only thing they could improve is their glass door selection, as they aren’t as varied as we would’ve liked. Furthermore, their products are on the steeper side, but you can expect that you’ll be getting the best value for your money.

Wongseng Creative Trading offers one of the most impressive selections of glass doors we’ve seen in Penang. They offered models that were completely made out of glass and some that were laminated wood with glass panels, etc.
What impressed us even further was their customisation options by working closely with their clients. We reached out to previous customers who had tried personalising their glass doors, and they told us how it turned out just as they envisioned it.
During our interviews, previous clients also highlighted the friendliness and professionalism of their workers. They told us how they cleaned up after themselves and finished installing their doors in impressive turnaround times.
