A popular food court in Kuala Lumpur, Food Republic at Pavilion promises a great variety of food. Located in the famous Pavilion Kuala Lumpur, this food court has a wide selection of cuisines.

What we love about this food court are the many options. No matter what you’re in the mood for, you can definitely find a stall that satisfies your cravings.

And what’s great is that most, if not all, of the stalls here serve the most delicious food. But not all are halal so you might want to ask the staff about it before you order!

We also love that the dining area in this food court is generally clean. There are many seats as well so we had no trouble finding a good spot to sit.

While there’s a lot to appreciate about this food court, we find that most of the food stalls are a bit pricey. This makes sense since the food court is right in the middle of Kuala Lumpur.

Even with the pricey dishes, we still think that the Food Republic at Pavilion deserves a visit. The next time you find yourself in Kuala Lumpur, shopping at the fancy Pavilion, check out the Food Republic!

Pros

  • Offers a wide variety of cuisines
  • Most stalls have big and delicious servings
  • Clean dining area

Cons

  • Food stalls are on the pricier side

Delicious, safe, and pricey food

“We ordered Pad Thai and Yong Taufu from Food Republic. They were very delicious and tasty. Although the price is quite at the high side, the ambience, service, cleanliness outweigh the price. There were several eatery places in Kuala Lumpur, but this is the place that I will visit as I feel the food is safe to eat.” — Kenny Ganie, Google Reviews

Wide variety of cuisines

“Spacious, cozy, clean place to have quick meal. Lots of food choices. Ample of seatings. Malaysian, indonesian, indian, thai, japanese, korean, all kinds of asian food gathered here for your convenience. They have also local snacks, traditional food that u won’t find elsewhere.” — AlaDollar, Google Reviews

As this food court is in one of the top malls in Malaysia, the cleanliness and ambience are remarkable. We’re also a fan of how you can view the KLCC Park and even the KLCC Lake from certain tables in the food court.

And speaking of tables and seats, there are quite a lot of seating options here. Still, we had a hard time getting seats during the peak eating times.

If you want to eat somewhere with tons of delicious options, then Signatures Food Court is the place to be. You won’t regret stopping by after you’re done with your shopping!

Delicious food from different cuisines

“Highly recommended food court for any first time visitor to Kuala Lumpur and Malaysia. The place offers some of the best local Malaysian food, and international cuisine in one beautifully designed space.

Choices are amazing, prices are reasonable and there’s lots of seating while the place is superbly clean and well-managed. Thumbs up for the management team. We had Japanese and Arabic food which was perfectly portioned and treated great.” — David “The Explorer” Hogan Jr., Google Reviews

Can be difficult to find a seat during peak dining hours

“Great choice. Tricky at peak hours. Dinding a seat at Dinner is easier over lunch. Prices seem steep but portions are large. Tried some middle eastern food and japanese omelette chicken curry rice. Not bad.” — Colin Thong, Google Reviews

In the mood for Asian food? Well, the best food court to be at is the Lot 10 Hutong Food Court in the Lot 10 Shopping Centre.

If you’re a fan of different Asian cuisines, then we guarantee that this food court will be your top pick.

We love the diversity in the Malaysian cuisine available, showing different dishes like the typical hawker foods. Grab a little bit of everything to embrace the authentic Malaysian foodie experience!

We’re also fans of the Chinese and Japanese cuisine stalls here in Lot 10 Hutong Food Court. The delicious sushi, noodles, and soups are worth visiting this basement-level food court.

But since this food court is at the basement level of the mall, we hope you manage your expectations. Although the area itself is clean, crowds tend to build up in this small dining space with low ceilings because of the delicious food.

Also, we do hope you come prepared with a lot of money! Food here can run on the pricier side of things so, although it’s completely worth it, it’s best to plan your budget.

But all in all, the Lot 10 Hutong Food Court is a fantastic food court in KL. And we definitely believe it should be at the top of your list to visit if you’re a fan of Asian cuisine.

Pros

  • Wide variety of Asian cuisine
  • Different stalls serve delicious dishes

Cons

  • On the pricier side
  • Can get crowded

Customer Reviews

Good variety of Malaysian hawker foods

“Many choices of hawker foods in this Lutong food court, which was originally planned to bring all the best hawker food under 1 roof. Good to try various delicious type of foods in an aircon environment” — Shon Liow, Google Reviews

Great location with tasty dishes on the pricier side

“Location 10/10. This food court is located at the lowest level of Lot 10 mall. And just next to pavilion mall, so after a day of shopping, you can come here and enjoy all the delicious choices of local food here

Taste: 10/10. I highly recommend to everyone to try out the Penang Char Keow teow (CKT) with duck egg, at least once! It’s a popular Malaysian Local food, its very delicious and filling so after a day of walking around the mall, this would be my go to dinner. Otherwise, the Weng Kee BBQ pork noodles are also very good too! Most food here are based on local delicacies, and I highly recommend this place!

Price: 7/10. Prices are abit steep. For the Penang CKT, you’re paying for abit more for the price, RM14, which is more expensive than usual but nevertheless it’s still a great experience here” — ChengYK, Google Reviews

There’s also a huge and organized seating area in the Food Court at Sogo Mall. We had no trouble finding our seats but we did notice that it gets a lot more crowded during peak dining hours.

With the many food options from different cuisines, we were delighted to figure out what to try out first. After meals, you can even get drinks and dessert from some stalls in the area.

As it is a food court in the mall, the stall prices here are relatively affordable. Still, we were a bit disappointed with how some stalls seemed a bit overpriced for their servings.

Customer Reviews

Clean food court

“We loved this place. It’s clean, cool and there are many kind of foods here. Have snack like waffle and eggyolk. It’s a good place to eat or just hangout drinking coffee while waiting for the train or bus or any other transportation. Located at 2nd floor. There is lift too” — Lusia Feb, Google Reviews

Wide variety of delicious food at affordable prices

“Refurnished food court at the top of KL Sentral offers quality food at decent price. Locating the place could be slightly challenging as it’s pretty hidden at the side. Navigate by asking the receptionist.

Once you reach, you’d be greeted by a plethora of asian food ranging from Malaysian delights to Korean stalls. Overall quality is decent for such food court.

Be prepared to hunt for empty spaces if you arrive during lunch as it’s a pretty popular choice amongst the office-goer.” — Jia Wei, Google Reviews
