One of our favourite things about this cleaning company is that it caters to both residential and commercial properties. We’ve interviewed clients who availed of both these services, and they had nothing but good words to describe the company’s workmanship.

We appreciate that Mr Problem’s staff can cover different parts of the house and even office spaces. They also offer different types of cleaning, from deep cleaning to move-in/out cleaning, post-renovation cleaning and more.
We were also surprised that Mr Problem offers an in-depth disinfection service that involves both misting and wiping. Furthermore, the disinfectant they use is certified Halal and is proven to not be harmful to pets and kids.
Another service that stood out to us was their upholstery cleaning. This service of theirs targets pieces of furniture like accent chairs, sofas, mattresses and even curtains!
On the downside, we noted reports of inconsistent output. For instance, there were some customers who availed Mr Problem’s plumbing services and complained how the issue resurfaced after just a couple of months.

Top Clean & Clear caught our attention because of its solid selection of cleaning services. For starters, the company offers your typical general cleaning services, which you can opt for as a one-time thing or a monthly subscription.
Furthermore, they offer move-in/move-out cleaning services where they’ll appoint two or more cleaners to make sure that you settle in or out of your place comfortably.
Speaking of, their cleaners are exceptionally trained. We’ve interviewed their previous clients and they highlighted how these professionals were always on time and left no crevice untouched, so kudos to the team.
We also appreciate that they offer an in-depth carpet cleaning service. We’ve personally tried this service and we were blown away by the results!
Our only gripe with this cleaning company is that their basic cleaning packages don’t include the necessary materials. This means that if you can’t provide your own cleaning materials, you have to pay an additional RM45 to include them in your package.

Ultra Cleaning is another company that caught our attention because of the long list of services they offer. They can do regular house and office cleaning and more niche services like mattress cleaning, sofa cleaning, carpet cleaning, etc.
Aside from their cleaning solutions, one service that stood out to us was their air-conditioning maintenance. We appreciate that they consider this as part of the house, as most companies won’t include this appliance in their cleaning packages.
Our favourite thing, however, is their roster of cleaners. They have professionals that come from all over the world who go through rigorous background checks and training.
We did notice that their output was a bit inconsistent when we interviewed some of their previous clients. Personally, we didn’t encounter negative results but a handful of our interviewees noted their dismay at the quality of the cleaners’ workmanship.

Furthermore, we appreciate that they offer upholstery cleaning services, which include mattresses, sofas and carpets. We had our mattress deep cleaned by their experts and it came out looking fresh out of the box.
Speaking of their experts, they’ve been highlighted by their previous clients for being personable and helpful. Personally, our favourite thing about them was that they listened carefully to the details about our house’s areas that we specifically wanted them to target.
