The Tipsy Junction is on our list because it offers delicious cocktails that will quench any person’s thirst for alcohol. Plus, there’s also hard liquor on its menu, if you’re a bit of a hard-core who’s in for a wild night.
We also like how it offers discounts on some drinks so its customers could save up while having a taste of its delicious drinks.
A shot or a glass could go for as low as RM 12, which is a good deal when you’re having a drink in Malaysia.

We’re impressed by La Cave’s extensive drinks menu and this is why we think it’s one of the best bars in Bangsar Telawi.
La Cave truly lives up to its name because when translated from French, it means “The Cellar”. When you enter this bar, you won’t just feel like you’re in a cellar because of its interior design—you’ll also see a vast display of wine bottles.
We also like the ambiance inside this bar because it’s very casual and cozy. However, there’s little space to move around because the location is quite small.
But, outdoor seating is provided where you can hang out if you find the weather comfortable.
Above all, we like this bar because you won’t run out of options here, especially if you love wine. After all, wine is its expertise.
There are more than 250 labels of wines here and the selection includes French, Italian, and Spanish wines, among others. And we’re sure you won’t be disappointed by the cheese platters here because they’re curated to match the wine collection.
It’s also a plus for us that it has a great list of other alcohol and spirits. The cocktails are also very refreshing and we’re satisfied with their tastes.
However, we noticed that the prices of the drinks are more expensive than other bars in Bangsar. So, it might be costly for you to go here by yourself.

Ronnie Q is a household name in Bangsar Telawi because it has been around for more than 30 years already.
One of the things we like about this bar is that it’s a good place to get a Guinness draught or a chilled beer perhaps because it’s a sports fixture. It also has a great selection of beers, which sets it apart from other bars in Bangsar Telawi.
We recommend this place for sports fans because they’ll enjoy watching games here since we noticed that the television monitors are placed strategically around the bar.
But since it’s a sports-themed bar, those who aren’t fans of any sports may not enjoy this place.
Furthermore, we screened the menu and we observed that it has a good selection of cocktails and shooter glasses. However, these are on the higher side and might not be worth your money.
We noticed that most people who come here order beers and not cocktails so it seems that they’re not fond of the taste of the latter.
Another thing we noticed about Ronnie Q is that when it’s not streaming a game, it plays music at a low volume, unlike other bars that play loud music. So, we think it’s a good place to catch up with friends because they can chat.

One of the best bars in Bangsar Telawi that we love is The Social. It has a cozy and relaxing ambiance because of its design and style which make it a great place to have a chill time or hang out with friends.
It’s also a plus for us that it opens earlier than other bars. However, it’s one of the bars that also closes early, so it’s best to go here during the afternoon or for dinner.
Another thing we like about it is the variety of drinks it offers because there are several types of drinks on its menu.
We’re impressed with its drinks menu because it has everything, not just beers and wines! This is why we think it’s a good place to go for anyone who likes alcoholic beverages.
Likewise, it has an amazing and affordable selection of food menu so whether you’re here during lunch or dinner, you’ll enjoy a scrumptious meal. We also noticed that it has a special menu for kids, which means it’s a kid-friendly place.
It’s also no wonder why it’s one of Malaysia’s Top 30 Bars in 2022 and it was awarded Heineken’s Top Beer Bar of 2022. Customers who come here often have a good time and leave good feedback on their meals and drinks.
But based on our observations and what we heard from the customers, the staff here needs more training because customers are usually not satisfied with their service.

If you’re looking for a different atmosphere, you should try going to Healy Mac’s. It’s an Irish bar and restaurant located on the buzzing street of Telawi.
When we stepped into Healy Mac’s, we felt like we were in a pub in Ireland because of the color scheme, decorations, furniture, and even the layout of this bar.
Although it’s relatively a new bar in the area, it’s not unheard of in Malaysia as it’s the fourth branch to open in the country. So, we’re not surprised to know that it’s already a crowd favorite even if it just opened last September 2019.
One of the things we’re pleased with in this bar is its selection of Irish food, pizzas, and hard drinks. However, we noticed that the prices of the cocktails here are more expensive than in other bars in Bangsar.
Furthermore, it’s a sports bar so there are televisions here that stream games, so if you’re looking for a cozy place to have a drink, this may not be for you. But if you’re looking for a unique place to get drinks, it’s a good place to visit.
In addition, we like that this bar frequently hosts a Quiz Night where customers who join could win prizes. We think it’s a fun activity to try with your friends if you want to do something different during your night out.
However, it may not be best to visit during peak hours because it’s very crowded.
Based on our observations too, the service here needs improvement and the staff could use better training in dealing with their customers.

“Went there with kids and as promised we got the non smoking zone for us. Where even kids enjoyed it alot they loved the hot chocolate most.
