We decided to visit the shop, and one thing we immediately noticed was the neatness of the garage. It did have the usual clutter here and there, but we loved how it was well-lit and every tool and equipment was organised in its own space.
The mechanics here were a treat to meet as well, which we expected based on our interviewees’ responses. These workers were friendly and knowledgeable, often providing free tips on how to avoid damaging certain car parts.
We were also impressed with how the final price of our repair was spot on with the initial quotation.
Our only wish is that they could extend their operating hours until Sundays. Plus, it wouldn’t hurt to add an official site where customers could conveniently browse their services and available parts for sale.

I read good reviews from Google about this shop, so I decided to leave a message. Replies promptly. They did a test first and double-checked everything before proceeding with the repairs. I did a wheel bearing replacement for the rear car.

Bengkel Kereta Azaman Workshop JB has been on our radar for a few years now because we always drive by it since it’s located in the heart of the city. With that said, it’s among the most accessible workshops in JB, as aside from its prime location, it’s also open every day.
One of the things we always notice about this garage when we pass by it is its neat and well-lit spaces. It’s also among the most highlighted points by our interviewees, with a handful of them stating how it never looks too greasy.
Our only gripe here is that they take too long to respond on their official WhatsApp and Facebook page.
The main consensus of previous customers, however, was the customer service. More particularly, car owners were pleased that their mechanics didn’t upsell them on everything they didn’t need.

We discovered Rev Tuned Garage Workshop through a friend who recently had their car’s wheels aligned and oil changed. When they told us that the turnaround time was less than a day, we had to check the garage out ourselves.
Right off the bat, we liked how the garage looked modern and well-maintained, with freshly coated paint covering its walls. Furthermore, we liked how tidy the tools were, either being hung on a pegboard or stored neatly inside those mechanical drawers.
We also noticed how affordable their prices were. Previous customers also appreciated how the mechanics offered honest quotations and didn’t add unnecessary services to the total cost.
Speaking of, the mechanics were also noted as highly knowledgeable by our interviewees, as they were able to pinpoint car issues quickly after thorough inspections.

Rocky Ottomobile Workshop was on our radar because we were impressed with their restoration services. We interviewed their previous clients, and they were kind enough to offer before-and-after photos that looked night and day.
From simple rusts to tyre reattachments, the variety of restoration services they offer is impressive.
Our interviewees also commended the mechanics’ professionalism and welcoming personalities. They told us how they were immediately attended to upon entering the garage, and offered different solutions for their problems without being intimidating.
The garage itself is neat, as every tool was tucked away in its own nook. We also saw how their mechanics would clean up their stations every once in a while.
The only downside is the slightly pricier rates compared to other garages in the area. However, customers have vouched for their services, stating that every cent was worth it due to the workmanship quality they received.

Top-notch experience
“I had a very top-notch experience servicing my car here, no regrets at all. I did Coilover Servicing and also repaired some wear and tear items. The Coilover Servicing might take quite a while, but it’s all so worth it, the coilover looks so new and also feels way different than before.
And of course after doing the Coilover I had to do the Precise Alignment, this was my 1st time doing it but I was astonished by how professional they were checking each Tyres and also all the side of the car, they will really made it till they make it happen.
For the Wear and Tear parts, they did a quick sweep of my undercarriage and told me that some of the bushes had already worn out. They also showed me where it was and asked me whether I wanted it to change.
This is one of the things I was also quite impressed with. Before they do anything to the car, they will ask you 1st for confirmation. They also won’t try to oversell you anything; they will either follow your budget or follow your comfort level in changing parts.
