Nestled among Cameron Highlands’ tea plantations, there’s this lingering aroma of fresh tea leaves mixed with crisp mountain air that’s just pure magic. It also comes with a solid selection of facilities that ensures guests can enjoy a comfy and memorable stay.

Where is Zakka Campsite?
Zakka Campsite can be found amongst the many tea plantations in Cameron Highlands, in the small town of Ringlet. It’s located on the outskirts and its entry point can only be accessed via the Malaysia Federal Route 59, also known as Jalan Tapah–Cameron Highlands.

How to Get to Zakka Campsite
Closest bus stop: The closest bus stop you can drop off at is the Tana Ratah Bus Terminal, which can be found in the main town of Cameron Highlands. From there, you can hail a taxi or book a Grab going to Zakka Campsite.
Rental car: Since public transportation is limited, renting a car would be the easiest and most comfortable way of getting to Zakka Campsite. Just be sure to be cautious when driving to the campsite, as Cameron Highlands is notoriously known for its winding roads.
You can pin “Zakka Campsite, Lot 32A, Jalan Habu, 39200 Ringlet, Pahang, Malaysia” as your destination on Waze/Google Maps, and you’re golden! Also, the campsite features ample parking spaces for free.

Relax and soak in the scenery

Our favourite thing about Zakka Campsite is that you don’t have to do anything to enjoy your time here, as you’ll be treated to wonderful panoramic views throughout your stay. Sometimes, it’s nice to wind down and relax while soaking up views of the sunset/sunrise.
One of the main highlights here is the rows of tea leaves planted across the field near the campsite. This location is the reason why you’ll get to smell the aroma of fresh tea throughout your camping adventure, which adds to the overall atmosphere of the campsite.
Pedal through nature

If you’re looking for something more fun to do than sightseeing, then you should try the Zakka Adventure Ride! Here, you and your friends can ride on bicycles and ride through the beautiful tea plantation near the campsite.
The trail itself consists of several slopes, providing guests with an exciting and fulfilling bike ride. Plus, you’ll be treated to stunning views as you pedal through nature, so you won’t run out of things to be in awe of!
Lie down under the stars

Thanks to the minimal light pollution in Zakka Campsite and its surrounding areas, the night skies here are as starry as they get! To enjoy this beautiful sight, all you have to do is lay down a mat, gaze upwards and prepare yourself for a mesmerising expanse of twinkling stars.
Go on nature walks

You can also go on peaceful walks in the surrounding area of Zakka Campsite for those times when you want to reconnect with nature. The walks are well worth it because you’ll be treated to fantastic sights of lush greenery and breathtaking flora and fauna!
Furthermore, you can also spot the nearby tea plantation and see how your favourite packets of tea are made from scratch! This plantation is one of the things that makes Zakka Campsite special, as it allows its guests to learn something new during their stay here.

If you’re planning on camping here, we recommend spending some of your time outside the camping grounds. There are just so many things you can do in Cameron Flora Park that it would be such a shame if you missed out on them.
For instance, you can stop by the nearby Cameron Flora Park where you can find hundreds of beautiful species of flowers that will take your breath away.
Alternatively, you can also go on a nostalgic adventure and visit the Time Tunnel Museum!
