Nexus Clinic, previously known as Mediviron UOA, opened its doors in 2001 to serve Malaysian clients with many non-surgical procedures. We like that it has two clinics: one in Kuala Lumpur and one in Cyberjaya.

We’re also glad to hear about the scope of non-invasive procedures the clinic offers. We believe it provides convenience as it doesn’t usually need months of downtime.

Another thing we appreciate is the free consultation. You can even have an online consultation via Skype if you can’t visit the clinic personally.

Besides that, you can opt for a free consultation via phone with a beauty consultant. This is a good option if you’re unsure of what treatment you need, in our opinion.

The reason we mentioned these is because of the convenience and flexibility it offers. So if you’re busy, you have an alternative option.

Another positive is the clients we talked with liked the patience and professionalism of the doctors. In addition to that, they had good consultations where they talked about all the possible options for their concerns.

We were thrilled about this because the doctors don’t try to oversell their treatments or products. They lay out the options, allowing their clients to decide.

Now, aside from the wide variety of services they have, we’re glad there are before and after photos. Although results vary from person to person, this can give you an idea of what to expect with the treatment.

However, we feel the staff needs to improve on customer service. We heard instances of late replies and a lack of follow-ups.

We also think they need to improve more on communication. Some clients weren’t aware of their treatment’s expiry date because the staff didn’t inform them.

We also appreciate the time and care the doctors put into each consultation. They were very knowledgeable and provided thorough details, which helped the clients decide.

Consequently, the clients we talked with didn’t feel that the team was trying to sell their services. From our point of view, this demonstrates that the doctors and staff show genuine support to their clients.

We were also glad to hear that the team at Luminous Clinic were careful with the treatments. Some even said that they had light hands and the procedure was painless.

However, we did find some drawbacks. We think they can improve communication with clients.

For over 20 years, Xeoul Clinic has provided specialized skin treatments to its clients based on their conditions and goals. Aside from facial and skin procedures, it also sells skincare products for at-home treatments.

Speaking of which, they ship the confirmed orders on the same day as long as they’re made before 4:00 PM. We like this because it ensures you get your items quickly, especially if you run out of skincare items.

As for the treatments, they do simple facials to hair loss remedies. However, compared to others on our list, they have fewer treatments. 

Now, aside from Botox, they also offer Dysport. It provides the same medical use as Botox but is more diluted.

In our opinion, these options allow clients more freedom in choosing since some people have experienced faster results in Dysport. Others noticed the results in two or three days, whereas Botox usually appears in a week.

However, we’d like to see before and after photos of Botox and Dysport. Adding this can show the differences between the two, which can help clients when deciding.

On a positive note, the clients we surveyed loved the customer service. The staff was helpful regarding booking appointments that’ll fit the clients’ schedules.

Additionally, they mentioned the accommodating doctors who explained everything to them in detail. Some even said that the positive experience made them loyal customers of the clinic.
